Personal growth and development start with a desire and a willingness to try something new. We watch ourselves transform into a more authentic, healthy and balanced version of you. I often tell my clients that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between them and their therapist. My philosophy is that you are the expert in your own life and that therapy is not so much about giving advice, but more so about acting as a mirror to gently guide you to find what you are seeking from within.
As time goes on, you will gain confidence as you change limiting beliefs and outdated patterns, eventually reaching your goals. As a childhood cancer survivor, I have overcome many obstacles in my life, which left me with a unique perspective that emphasizes post-traumatic growth. I use a holistic approach in my practice and bring a deep sense of presence to my work.
