Jean is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting individuals through grief, loss, and life transitions. With a professional background in hospice and oncology social work, I bring deep expertise in issues surrounding death, dying, and bereavement. He also has experience working in HIV services and with LGBTQ+ clients, always fostering a space that is inclusive, compassionate, and affirming. My mission is to walk alongside clients in their grief journeys, offering empathy, support, and a spirit of service. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, empowering individuals to define what matters most and guiding sessions toward meaningful, desired change. I am also intensively trained in DBT. Fluent in Spanish, I provide culturally responsive care to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
