With a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Northwood University and over 25 years of leadership experience, including more than a decade in the mental health field, I bring a strong foundation in both operations and client-centered care to my role at Alere Emotional Health.

My experience includes helping to launch and manage outpatient programs, as well as serving as Director of Operations for a large inpatient treatment facility offering multiple levels of care. I am dedicated to fostering connection, accessibility, and a welcoming environment for clients and clinicians alike.

Driven by both professional and personal experience, my passion is reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and helping individuals and families connect with the right support. I hope to help create a safe, supportive space where taking the first step toward help feels possible.
