I am a MSW and certified clinical trauma specialist based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The depth I try to bring to our work is not only rooted in my Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida (2022) and four years of formal practice, also through a lifetime of personal experience navigating mental health and 11 years in substance use recovery. That lived understanding isn't a footnote, it's the foundation of how she shows up for every client.

I specialize in trauma and PTSD, addiction and substance use recovery, and grief, guiding adults through trauma, grief and loss, and challenging life transitions. My approach is anything but one-size-fits-all. I weave together evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT, with holistic and somatic practices such as trauma-informed yoga, NeuroDynamic Breathwork, guided visualization, and spiritual integration.
