There are moments in life when what once felt manageable begins to feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Therapy can become a space not only for coping, but for deeper understanding, healing, and meaningful change.

I work with adolescents and adults using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates EMDR, DBT, attachment-focused work, parts-informed interventions, and nervous system regulation strategies. My approach is warm, grounded, collaborative, and deeply attuned to both emotional and nervous system experiences. I believe many of the patterns we struggle with are adaptive responses developed through stress, trauma, relationships, and survival. Together, we work to understand these patterns with compassion rather than shame while building emotional regulation, self-trust, healthier boundaries, and more secure relationships with both self and others. My goal is to create a calm, intentional space where clients feel genuinely seen, emotionally safe, and supported in creating lasting and sustainable change.
